Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

All orders placed online will be shipped worldwide via our standard shipping method (Registered Air Mail) or Worldwide Express Mail Service from Shanghai, China. Your shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the products you have ordered.

Customized items including the wedding invitations will be shipped in 3-5 business days after the final design is confirmed by the customer. Other items will be shipped in 3 business days after the order is received. After the shipment, please allow 2-3 weeks for arriving via Registered Air Mail, and 1 week for arriving via Worldwide Express Mail Service. Please note that the estimate doesn't include any customs delay. If you do not receive an order within a reasonable time, please let us know.

2. Return Policy

Every order is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or you can return it to us unused within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs. Please contact us for details before returning.

Return Exceptions: Customized items including the custom wedding invitations cannot be returned except when due to defect. If you receive a defective custom item, we will repair or replace it with exactly the same item at our cost.
